That's an interesting point actually, o what extent do we think a very low fuel, well-qualified Alonso would be a factor in the race?

Alonso will probably be relying on the return of his KERS device and the new diffuser to allow him to pull out a lead, come into the pits and come out infront of any heavy fueled cars. I think he's aiming for a podium though in reality, and he likes to use 3 stop strategies.

Given how close the pace was between him, Brawn and Red Bull last time out (With the Brawns and Red Bulls on heavy fuel loads), he's going to have to get a lot (Over a second) out of the KERS and Diffuser in order to pull out a lead of that scale.
