[scousers on tour 2008]

thanks for all the advise over getting my money back..... i found out today that on monday it will be announced if the suppliers of the hotels etc have to honour the bookings even though freedom direct never paid them (but booked it ) this i have been told is travel agency law...........so looks like i may be ok... i have booked 4 races this year and now i am a bit worried that more dont start to collapse...bad news is after all my searchings this week to get my money back i find out that thomas cook own a lot of these smaller agencies and thomas cook are really in trouble ( 450 million in the red)
dont think i will be booking a trip until the day before i go from now on
