Don't think that was Heidfelds fault, It was all a bit of a mess on that corner, damp too and I think he slid into Kubica. Even if it was his fault the rest of the race was such a crap shoot your position at that point in the race didn't have that much bearing on were you finished, Kubica was nearly last when he set off again and was just ahead of Heidfeld up untill the last lap.

Heidfeld ruin the race for BMW crushed Kubica on 2nd corner

First of all, ANYONE could have won that race given the extreme condition of the track, WINKELHOCK could have even been on the podium if they didn't stop the race (he had a 39 second lead). The track became wet as they did the formation lap and the first corner was nothing more then a racing incident. If you watch the reply, Kubica didn't give Nick enough room, forced he off the track and Nick tried to enter back and they collided. They both accepted fault and blame neither. The amazing thing about the whole race is that Nick pited the car SIX times and still managed to get by Kubica and finished sixth.

He pitted 6 times!!!!!!!???, didn't know that, but it's true, Kubica pushed him on the grass, he was probably being pushed by someone else, It was a mess and nobodies fault.

Although disappointing for BMW to see their drivers breaking the unwritten rule of not taking out your team mate, the track was treacherous, even if the tyres and brakes etc. were not up to temperature. The conditions were to bad they ended up not doing too badly anyway.

I just watched the incident several times on my tivo and its the same every single time, the first corner Kubica pushed Nick onto the grass, as they approached the second corner, Kubica didn't give him enough room and you can CLEARLY see dirt being kicked up on both left side tires on Nick's car as the car started to slide and hit Kubica. I am not saying Kubica did this on purpose, forcing Nick of the track twice, maybe someone else was forcing Kubica to move over and therefore pitching him onto the grass and dirt. The fact is we will never know but like I said before, its a racing incident and the team will have a talk with both drivers to assume this will not happened again. But if you watched other GPs this year with both BMW drivers starting next to each other on the grid, 100% of the time, Nick will always give Kubica room to the first and second corners, unfortunately, Nick though Kubica was gonna return the favor last week. Still an exciting race, especially for the pit crew, they had a total of TEN pit stops between both drivers.
