I think it's tough to get an exact gauge on where Ferrari are at the moment; they had good race pace in Melbourne, and Malaysia became a lottery, reliability and gaffes have not helped either. Definitely agree that RB are faster, but it's close between them and BMW imo.
Also, i read in Autosport that one team has new parts for China, i think it was Ferrari but i'd have to check that...
Anyway, back on topic I think Ferrari can't afford to sit smugly even if the diffusers are made illegal (which I bloody hope they don't) because the fastest non-diffuser team is clearly Red Bull, and BMW are also faster than the Ferraris. And Ferrari need to keep a close eye on the McLarens as well, because McLaren currently has the best KERS system whilst Ferrari's is more unreliable than the semi-automatic gearbox from their 1989 car.
