If Hamilton wants to join Brawn he can't simply walk into Ross Brawn's office and demand a contract. Brawn is fully behind Button, and for the second seat I can't see Barrichello being dropped anytime soon. I think Ross has also got another eye on Bruno Senna's progress, he has always commented that Bruno was very impressive in the November test last year, and I can see him as a successor to Barrichello.

And then you've got the joker card in the F1 silly-season speculation game - Alonso.

I think with Hamilton right now anyone can see the potential this young man has and the raw talent that he displays when driving.
Any team would be glad to have him as they know that he will last the course .Im sure that in 10-15 years he will be an absolute legend.

We all make mistakes and no ones perfect but we are so lucky to have him representing the UK .
In the long term hes unbeatable

No to almost every thing you've stated here.

Ok then :rolleyes::yawn:

I think you could maybe produce some more constructive comments instead of slagging off other members. Lewis is World Champion and no doubt has some talent I would not dismiss him yet.

Thanks Frosty ....Others here seem to dislike Hamilton which is unfair as Lewis has brought so much pride to the sport and is a good example to the youth of today and is what a role model should be.
Others here dont seem to see that. :banghead:
Hes a young guy who has dedicated his life to the sport and deserves more credit than he is getting.
Perhaps these other people have some personal issues they should sort out :(

Lewis undoubtably did wrong, no-one is denying that but show me a person who has never done wrong. He has brought more positives to the sport than negatives by a long way and will go on to greater heights. I do agree that where lewis is concerned some people have "issues".

Thanks Racechick a breath of fresh air at last.
A fair and balanced post.
Your right no one is perfect and that is what Ive been saying all along but some people on THIS forum appear to have a grudge against Lewis for reason known only to themselves.
Perhaps they should scrutinise there previous posts and realise that Lewis should be given credit where credit is due.
For a young man of his tender age to achieve the glories that he has makes me proud.
Shame on them :nono:

What pride are you people talking about. .. ?? the type of rolemodel that teaches the youth of today to lie and cheat for a point ??? A point that worth a big chunk of bucks?? some rolemodel.... Thats stealing... hamilton and his type is making a mockery of the sport... sorry Anna .. but I have to disagree with your friend's attitude to suggest that the people that dislike hamilton has issues. to even suggets it is to say we dont like him becoz of his skin colour. AND thats not the case. He's not the victim - he's the architect of this situation that F1 dont need...and to be very honest-- I am not saying we should have him keel-hauled... he needs to see the error of his ways. Now he is THINKING of jumping ship if he and/or the team get further punishment. If they do get a raceban it will be good as well coz maybe they can use the damn time to sort out that stupid car. put the blame where it lies. Thats will hamilton - the lying cheating sod !!......

er... sorry

Yes he lied but I think a lot of information suggests that he was not the 'architect' of the whole affair he is just the most public figure.

Tony calm down and take a chill pill.

He hasnt brought the sport into disrepute an error of judgement maybee perhaps....... but were you never young yourself.
Are you some kind of judgemental angel.

This guy is a national hero to many young men and all your attitude does is diminish the greatness that he has achieved.
I think you should have a good think about your reasoning powers here.....No offence.

How about you produce some constructive comments instead of saying Lewis Hamilton fans are similar to 'Robert Mugabe' who is a racist, homophobic dictator which is quite clearly very offensive and inconsiderate suggestion. How about you be constructive and produce a productive comment preferably involving something that could at the very least include some tangible evidence, you have made the accusation that he was the 'architect' behind it now prove it!
he's the architect of this situation that F1 dont need...

Yes he lied but I think a lot of information suggests that he was not the 'architect' of the whole affair he is just the most public figure.

Yeh Tony best take a drink to wash the bitter taste out of your mouth :nono: or by the read of your last post comparing us to Mugabe which is really beyond the pale and totally uncalled for I think you should apologise for the insensitive remarks. :cloud9:
