Piquet duh!

Nuh-uh! Nakajima!

Nay.

Totally! Piquet might take it down to the wire, but Naka will cream him in Abu Dhabi

No because the FIA will go back to the winner takes all system, fine McLaren, and Piquet will take the title.

Seems like a lot of people are posting after hitting the crack pipe tonight.

It's allll good stuff, maaaaaaaannn. :loopy:

On a more serious note, I think that Mika Hakkinen will come back to replace the out-going Lewis Hamilton, miraculously find the speed that he (sadly) seemed to have lost, and blitz the entire field. Frustrated at Kimi Raikkonen, Ferrari will sack him, leaving the seat open for Michael Schumacher. Next season it will be another Schumacher-Hakkinen classic battle and Formula One will move away from the scandals and nonsense of the modern era and go back to the good days.

 Bring the old Mclaren car back too ? :cloud9:

West livery, V10 engines, Ron Dennis and silly pit stops that force DC to lose massive amounts of time :hehe:

Sakon Yamamoto to take Hamilton's McLaren seat and develop it into a race dominating car by Germany, going on to win every remaining round. However, he crashes his car in parc ferme after the Abu Dhabi race and is disqualified from the championship, handing it to Fisichella who'll leave Force India for Anthony Hamilton's team - whose car will find an ingenious loophole allowing the car to merely be 74 McDonald's employees pulling a shopping trolley with a kipper paperclipped to the back as a diffuser.

Prompting Juan Pablo to return, poaching Fisichella's seat and being paid in Happy Meals. He'll nearly win in 2011, but then he'll have a heart attack in the last race, handing it to...

Well, I'm predicting this might truly be Barrichello's last season if he doesn't start winning soon...
as to who will win the whole thing... umm not sure, haven't seen much from ferrari yet, and Hamilton is driving well, too bad his team messes everything for him, so i guess i can aswer this after 2 more races with more certainty.

Button wins the championship, albeit by a small margin. While I'm speculating, might as well blow my full load. Next year, Kimi to WRC. Vettel takes his place at Ferrari. Barichello retires.

I like that speculation  .

in the runup to the final corner on the final lap at abu dhabi, 4 title contenders - piquet, nakajima, sutil n fisichella - will be hovering side by side. button and barrichello will be 2 laps down, ferrari n mclaren will have retired their cars after sheer frustration at seeing their cars being lapped inside 10 laps.

Oh yeah, and I forgot... Vettel wins the Driver's Championship. Ferrari wins the manufacturer's.

If the diffusers are legal, I think Button has the best chance. But there are a lot of candidates, so even then I wouldn't put Button's chances as being more than about 30%.

If the diffusers are illegal, I'd think that Massa has the best chance. But again, he's one of many possibles.

yeh i'd go with that % for jb

i think LH, Either Ferrari Driver or Alonso if not.

If Ferrari and McLaren get those cars sorted by Spain, I'm tipping either Massa or Hamilton. If not then Jenson is going to walk away with it. Don't write of S.V either, I think he's got a chance too

Probably a nobody will win. So if it has to be Brawn for example, then let it be Button and not that slime head Barrichello. If it is Toyota, then lrt it be Trulli because you know why. Otherwise if it isn't a Ferrari driver then that is ok as long as it isn't McLaren, especially Lewis Hamilton.

I don't agree. I still think there will be a gap between the former-diffuser teams and those that didn't have them, should they be declared illegal, although it would then make it much easier for the other teams to close the gap. Of the non-diffuser teams, I'd give the Red Bull drivers the best chance, to be honest. As long as they cut out the mistakes, that is. :)
