Don't believe what? It's quite obvious that race control is made up of too small a number of people for it to be capable of keeping the issues separate...

I don't belive its the case because the FIA has the recouces to invovle more people.

Yes. In which case they would then have enough people. But currently, there are not enough people making up race control to do the job.

My comment has nothing to do with stewards, the stewards are not in direct contact with the teams during a race.
