Unfortunately, the pirates made off with the ship's Captain and are still holding him hostage :thumbdown:

A one of a kind Nuclear powered Destroyer, The USS BainBridge (CGN-25) was decommissioned back in 1996 and officially scrapped in 1999. The Destroyer is currently 250 miles away from the Maersk Alabama, and cruising at full speed ahead of a fleet of US warships on a search and destroy mission to finally wipe these pirates off the face of the globe.

if they were to arm them the pirates would get more armed the cargo and ship are worth more than the crew.

besides these guys are civies not soilders.

they had secuirty guards on one and rather than them have guns they had noise devices that made an unplesent noise.

The soltion is to get these ex-solider secuirty compaines invloved an untrain pirate wouldn't have a chance against several well armed decent soilders
