The FIA aren't using this as a means to combat the undoubted corruption in Formula One. It's purely about politics and personal vendettas. Take the spy scandal in 2007. As with not telling the full story to the stewards, spying really is rampant in Formula One. There were three high-profile espionage cases: Toyota, McLaren and Renault. Out of those three, McLaren's dealing were probably the least serious, but they were hit with a gigantic punishment. Toyota and Renault were exonerated.

What i'd like to know is, If Michael said it, or Juan said it i might take interest but Ralf?
That's a joke! I wouldn't listen to him :hehe:
but I think it should be dropped personally, they have suffered enough thru the hands of the press let alone the fans.

While he is right about lies in motor-sport or any other sport for that matter, I don't agree it should be excused. However this McLaren/Hamilton thing has gone long enough, just drop the f***ing thing.

Hamilton looks ready to cry, the director has been sacked, there's enough of other crap that needs to be sorted out, yet they're toe-stubbing and holding long council meetings that could make a religious order jealous.

Apparently Ralf was at Sepang last weekend loitering in the paddock... :P

Yes, in the pres conference it was brutal for the Brit I must admit myself. That’s one reason why he can never be compared to Michael Schumacher just yet; Michael can handle the press in any way of form or even manipulate them to feel sorry for him. I find his work ingenious. Hamilton has suffered allot to the hands of the press. They need to resolve it this week so they can get themselves back on track.

That's exactly what Lewis did with his press conference. Just look at all the die-hard fans forgiving him after his apology.
