I dunno he does make some sense. it has become somewhat a storm in a tea cup which is putting bad media in the papers involving F1 .
and i still think that if this was another team other than McLaren then there wouldnt be a Extraordinary meeting of the WMSC.
I think McLaren and Lewis have been punished enough. anything more is the FIA coming down heavy handed to rub salt in the wounds.

To be fair, they were warned after Spygate that any further activities which bring the sport in to disrepute would not be taken lightly. Although to some extent I do agree with you.

And Spa? What is the excuse for their inability to provide correct information there?

Just for clarity's sake, whilst it is obvious the FiA's handling of Spa was suspect, the real issue is that whilst Lewis did let him back through, he immediately then slipstreamed back past him, making the maneuver meaningless in the eyes of the Stewards.

But, as I said, the way they handled it seemed like they'd misplaced their brains.
