No. Hamilton wants to win or get the best result possible. To do so, he's prepared to use almost any means. In this case, he knowingly conspired with Ryan to lie in order to get a podium spot, completely unfased by the fact that Trulli was going to drop well down the race results and have his own reputation smeared.

We know that. Its been said over and over and over. No one is disputing the facts. The parts people are disputing are the parts where you purport to have inside information as to peoples motives
"He's prepared to use almost any means". Is he?

"Completely unfased" Was he? You know what happened? You were there?

Of course Hamilton was prepared to use any means. He's done so in the past. Was he feeling guilty? Evidently not, for he was off having a good time on a little holiday. The charade of contrition was conjured up only after Hamilton's moral degeneracy was outed.

You tend to overstate things
You know nothing of how hamilton felt, you are guessing and yet you come up with these bizarre phrases. "Charade of contrition" "Moral degeneracy"
I havent heard you mention Ryans "moral degeneracy" only his loyal service. Is this not a little hypocritical?

So this is all Hamiltons fault?

What I find funny is that Hamilton walked into the stewards and lied through his teeth, then he walked out of there and called a press conference apologizing for allowing the team to force him to lie...and some of his fans believe he is innocent. Take a real look at that....I had to lie because the team controls what I say...well except for this press conference where I am throwing them under the bus...they only have a remote control for my voicebox when I'm speaking to the FIA....honest.

Is that what we are supposed to believe? The Hammy Lambs can believe that all they like, but he is a grown man making millions of dollars and has the press waiting anytime he opens his mouth. If he had chosen not to lie, the team would have been a lot less pissed at him than they would be after he throws them under the press bus.

I call BS...he got caught lying and he is being a child about it. The funny thing is, he could have spun this a hundred other ways:

In the heat of the moment, I forgot about 10 seconds of radio talk...oops.
We misunderstood the question....oops.
Well, they asked if we had talked about blah blah over the radio and I wasn't sure what the definition of the word is..is.

But to call a press conference to apologize for having no backbone when he has publicly dressed down other drivers for having no balls? The man is a twat...pure and simple. Anyone so completely overcome with Hamilton Love that you can't see he did wrong by lying and then throwing his employer under the bus when he got caught....is as much a twat as he is.

For the last time no! BUT he certainly wasn't blameless

I don't like how Ryan has taken the fall, I think Hamilton should get a few race bans for his part on this...

I'm stating the truth about Hamilton. He's shown in the past he's out for himself and doesn't always obey his team. So what's changed here?

Ryan has not been discussed as much because Hamilton's role in all of this is the main topic of discussion. In fact, Ryan has really only come up to talk about what punishment should be rightly meted out to Hamilton.

Dave Ryan got sacked and took all the blame. I should think he has suffered more than enough, Hamilton, not nearly.

Obviously he's a poor liar then, ill at ease with it. Perhaps you should give him some lessons Bill, you've just dreamed up some good ones!
