I think a small fine is in order, but the dismissing of Hamilton's position from the race and subsquent sacking of a team principle seems enough in my book. Although a little more public could be interesting as well.

McLaren is on parole since the accidents in 2007.
The team learned nothing out of the punishment.
Besides the conclusion is a penalty of 15 m$ just and reasonable.
