I'm doing a case study on F1 brakes, and it's a bit of a nightmare to find info about!

I've got the history, but I have no idea how much (pressure/strain/stress/force) is used or applied on the brakes.

If I can find out any of the above I should be able to calculate the Young's Modulus and Factor of Safety of the brakes, which should be enough :)

Anyone know anything about F1 brakes? :D

I think the ITV did a thing about brakes last year. IIRC the optimum temperature is 1000C Braking presure exerted by the driver was 80kg
