hey guys! anybody could teach me how to select the avatar? i can't understand!!!

Click on 'profile' on the orange bar at the top of the page.
Down the bottom of your page are your avatar settings - you can set it to link to a picture on another URL eg http://www.URL.com/picture.jpg (obviously making sure you have the owners consent first )
