Bernie needs putting in a Home, he is the one to blame for making the race start so late "just to suit the European fans". Well us "European fans" never complained at getting up at like 2am, Bernie just uses it as an excuse.

I don't think it's anything to do with FIA, it's just Bernie demanding the fly-away races are held later in the day just for the benefit of "us European fans" who he arrogantly believes don't like having to get up at 2am for a race. Well Bernie, as the late James Hunt once said "all I can say to that is bullsh!t!".

I don't think even Mad Max would be stupid enough to force a country to host a race in the early evening.
