I bought a Williams F1 car air freshener recently :hehe:

I went down to Meadowhall the other week and saw a Budweiser Williams BMW edition beer glass for £9.99 at the F1 shop. Again I don't know why I didn't buy it, but probably because it's out of date now.

Would you place all of your accounts and savings in the hands of RBS ?

I wouldn't trust them with a 20 mile long pole. I bank with Stewart's/Jaguar's old primary sponsor and the sponsor that makes the Renault so ugly. :hehe:

Sadly I bank with another Scottish Company which tried to merge with another bank.
I think you'll know it...

I fill up bicycles tyres at Shell station, but that's free actually.

I do fly with Air Asia occasionally, like tomorrow when going to KL, but could as well fly with any other airline depending on the price and timings.

I also have bought a mclaren rainjacket some time ago, but it was more due to the fact that it was raining in Spa and it was the cheapest available at that time I needed one.

So I'd say no I don't buy anything because of the sponsors.

I got offered a job with Acer. I've actually been working there for the last week.
The guys who sponsor Ferrari and supply them with computers and laptops. So even better. We even have a ferrari spec laptop in the office the makes the ferrai engine sound when you turn it on.

But no, I don't buy sponsor products or anything close. I have contract with Virgin mobile, but thats the height of things really.

This isn't anything to do with teams sponsors but more to do with track sponsors, a few months ago I started drinking Campari, only because I've watched so many races from the 80's and 90's recently and they just used to be littered with Campari billboards, and also the rFactor classic Silverstone track I recently made has a lot of them too... amazing how a product advertised 10 - 20 years ago can still have an affect... :hehe:

Jeez some people take things just alittle to serious, not judging well maybe just alittle, but if my steak came from Omaha and not from Texas I would still eat that sucker! :D

LOL! I agree 100%! I don't like the RedBull team, but I still drink it because it tastes good.

Their desktop range are worthless, in my opinion. But the laptops are great. :D

The laptops are pretty things. But watch out for the graphics card. The cheaper edition comes with one heat-sink, whilst the more pricey one comes with two. It's needs two or over-heating can be a big problem. But you can always ask them to include a second heat-sink.

BTW, F1 is in HD as far as I know. ITV didn't support it, but BBC either do support HD coverage, or will start later in the year.
I know Japan definitely get HD coverage anyway.
