The Spygate case has closed, although it is part of the long running dispute between the Governing Body and Mclaren, we don't need to bring that back up, especially if it resorts back to finger pointing.

The FIA are a Joke. This does not happen in any other racing series. NASCAR has their s*** together. No one ever leaves the speedway without knowing where they stand after the race.

There is no point in watching races if the cars just get adjusted a week after. I can't see how this event ramped up to this outcome

However, I will be watching FIA 1 this weekend to see the track action, who has the better car, whose a good driver, but the outcome doesn't matter anymore.. Its a f***ing joke.

Ferrari did the smart thing and made sure he never admitted anything in print.
It's not so much Anti-Hamilton fans it's more those with a Red leaning.

Well, an absolutely disgusting decision once again from the FIA, but totally unsurprising as well. There are a number of issues surrounding this matter. First, it was a separate issue from the actual result of the race itself. That is to say Hamilton should have hung on to third and Trulli reinstated as fourth. If Hamilton did deliberately mislead the stewards, then another penalty should have been applied, such as ban on racing etc. Second, how come the stewards did not have access to the radio transmissions like they usually do when making decisions? Why did it take several days for somebody to think to use them? Third, the whole incident demonstrates none of the teams have a bloody clue about the rules: Trulli wasn't sure whether he could pass Hamilton, and his team were none the wiser; McLaren weren't sure whether they were to give the place back or not. And, as if that's not enough, when McLaren did try to get in contact with Race Control, the line was busy - not that Race Control would be much use, as shown by Spa Francorchamps-gate. The FIA just want to **** McLaren of everything positive that comes its way - and the team won't even be competing for the title this season.

the fact is by saying he didnt park it and Todt going on about it with MS were blatant lies. still this didnt mean any further action from the wmsc. im happy to accept the DQ from Australia. fair enough but to take it further stinks of further McLaren Mercedes bias and only add fuel to the witch hunt fire!
