The BBC report that Ferarri are pulling out of this years championship due to unreliability issues and lack of testing time to sort it out!!

Nice one.

I wasn't thinking when I read this. I usually doubt all F1 news now due to the amount of rumours over the winter. But I certainly didn't catch on.

Even the bit about hearing on it on the radio before anywhere else was believable.

I knew it was an April fool's joke as soon as I saw the thread title.... nice effort, but perhaps I'd have gone for something more shocking but believable like 'the FIA have reported this morning that there was an error in the inspectors' report in Australia and in fact the Brawn teams have been declared illegal, handing the race win to Lewis Hamilton...' now THAT would have got some polarised responses on here before anybody caught on I'm sure!

Favourite racing series: F1, Indycar, NASCAR, GP2, F3, Formula E, Trophee Andros, DTM, WTCC, BTCC, World Endurance... etc. etc.

It's not Ferrari that is pulling out, it's SD. And if he uses an unreliable method like that, he's going to end up a daddy before the year is out.
