Peter Sauber, a former Formula 1 team owner, will return to the pit lane in 2007. However, it will be in a different capacity – he has been hired by Swiss TV to capture the action in the pit lane during race weekends.
Sauber sold his team to BMW last year, however he was seen at ten Grands Prix, liasing with continuing sponsors such as Credit Suisse and Petronas. This season will see him at even more Grands Prix, reporting on the latest news and gossip during Formula 1 races.
