Force India driver Adrian Sutil has recently been the victim of blackmail. Thankfully for the German driver, the police managed to track the offender down and catch him.
According to German magazine Auto Bild Motorsport, an unnamed man from Bavaria got hold of a computer hard drive containing a lot of Sutil s private data including private emails, photos and bank transaction details. The blackmailer requested 10,000 Euros from Sutil in exchange for the hard drive.
Having informed the police of the blackmail attempt, a meeting was setup to exchange the hard drive for money. The police were on-hand at the meet and subsequently arrested the blackmailer.
