Senna could be offered a Campos seat

Bruno Senna has now become a front-runner in securing a drive for Campos next season, it’s chief has said.

Adrian Campos admitted to the Spanish radio station, Cadena SER, that next year, the new outfit would target an experienced driver, like Pedro De La Rosa for one of its seats. The team would then hope to fill the remaining seat with a young driver, like Senna.

In the interview, Campos also mentioned that both Vitaly Petrov, the Russian GP2 driver, and said Spaniard Antonio Garcia, currently a sportscar driver and a friend of Fernando Alonso, would be offered a test with the team.

Garcia has previously tasted victory with Campos, winning the World Series by Nissan title in 2000 with the team.
