On Wednesday, Michael Schumacher got his first drive of Ferrari s championship winning F2007 car. The seven-time world champion has only been behind the wheel of an F1 car once this season and that was back in June when he took the helm of an F2004 during Ferrari s 60th anniversary celebrations.
With the season s racing finally over, the German driver took the F2007 on-track at Ferrari s home track at Fiorano. The demonstration was put on for Fiat s board of directors and was to celebrate both F1 title wins this season.
Schumacher was not in the car long, completing just five laps. No lap-times were recorded.
