Red Bull look to Turkey to introduce F-duct

Red Bull Racing has confirmed that it may introduce its own version of the F-duct system at the Turkish Grand Prix, as it attempts to pull further away from its rivals.

Although the RB6 is undoubtedly the fastest car in the field at this present moment, team-principal Christian Horner believes that the Milton Keynes-based team must continued push hard to maintain its dominance.

“We still don’t have the blown rear wing or F-Duct, so inevitably there is a research project that is going on into that,” he told Autosport. “Istanbul could be a venue where that could be introduced.”

It is unlikely that teams will run the F-Duct system during this weekend’s Monaco Grand Prix due to the tight and twisty nature of the circuit.
