FIA doctors have given Timo Glock the go-ahead to race this weekend in Hungary. The German driver suffered a big impact a fortnight ago at the German Grand Prix when his suspension failed on the final corner of the lap, sending him careering into the pit-wall. Despite being sent to hospital as a precaution, Glock escaped without serious injury.
Glock has already been back in the driving seat he spent some time testing for the team at Jerez last week. His only obstacle to racing this weekend was the medical examination at the Hungaroring which he passed with flying colours.
