Ferrari and Toyota have continued on with their second day of testing at the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain.
Weather conditions were good with little wind and Ferrari s Kimi Raikkonen put in a top time of 1:30.595 having carried out a Grand Prix simulation in the new F2008. His best time was over two seconds faster than the pole position time for the 2007 Grand Prix. Badoer finished around 2 seconds behind his team-mate having carried out some general development work.
Glock and Trulli were out on-track for the Toyota F1 team. Glock was the quicker of the pair, although the was two seconds down on Raikkonen s time. Trulli finished the day almost three seconds slower than Glock, although he was unable to put in as much track time as he would have liked thanks to a problem with his car.
