Ferrari have setup a new initiative named the Ferrari Driver Academy with the aim of finding and supporting young up-and-coming racing drivers.
The drivers who are selected for the prestigious academy will be supported throughout their careers both on and off the track.
The first racing driver to take part in this scheme is Jules Bianchi, the Formula 3 Euro Series champion. Bianchi also tested for Ferrari earlier this month at Jerez during the young driver test day.
The Ferrari team are hoping that their programme will identify potential new Formula One drivers and give them the support they require.
