Canadian Grand Prix 2010: Stewards decisions

A rather chaotic Canadian Grand Prix left race stewards at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve with a lot of consider after the event.

Renault’s Robert Kubica found himself reprimanded for his dangerous entry into the pitlane, after nearly coming into contact with the Force India of Adrian Sutil.

Michael Schumacher also escaped punishment for his part in an accident with the Ferrari of Felipe Massa. The seven-times champion appeared to change line while defending his position in the final stages of the race – resulting in the Brazilian running into the back of Schumacher’s Mercedes car and damaging his front wing.

However the drama did not end there for Massa, as he later had twenty seconds added to his race time for speeding in the pitlane during his stop to replace the damage.
