Flavio Briatore’s lifetime ban from motorsport has been overturned by a French court.
Briatore was banned by the FIA from motorsport for life after his involvement in the Crashgate scandal. Briatore appealed against the decision and according to the French media, Briatore has been told that his case has been successful.
The reason behind the overturning of the ban is because the FIA’s decision was said to have been ‘irregular’.
