Alex Tai, who was revealed as team principal of Virgin Racing just last month, has had a short lived career in F1 with the team revealing that Manor’s founder John Booth will be replacing him.
Virgin have said that the shuffle was part of the planned evolution of the team and that Tai will be returning to Virgin so that he can continue his passion for new ventures. Tai himself has backed this statement by saying that he is looking forward to moving onto new projects within Virgin.
