Yeap, indeed it's open so you can create your teams... I've been doing some number crunching already. Damn that 90£ million cap!
I'm not sure if we'll be able to keep last year's League or if we'll have to re created it... actually I'm not even sure who created the league but it's just putting the league name and the password. Still won't interfere with us creating our teams. I'm not limiting myself to one flavor.
