I sent a friend request to Geet but haven't heard anything back. I must admit I don't go on facebook much these days. They've chnged the private message system and I cen only get messages now if I go on via the Merc facebook page.

I’m seeing a steady decline of interest in F1 on most of the auto forums that I am on. If F1 moves to a pure pay streaming service I won’t bother with it. We used to have friends come over and watch the race but the interest ended a few yrs ago. As long as TSN continues to carry it as part of their package we’ll follow along. I’ve been watching since a child but these past few years it is just a wknd stop gap until NFL starts up in August.

I think you are right mate. In the UK we can get the races a few hours after the live broadcast for free. Or we can pay £30 a month to see them live. If they stop the delayed broadcasts I would probably stop watching

The better option would be F1TV Pro for $80/yr, but that is not possible because FOM did an exclusive pay TV deal for F1 with SKY. Formula 1 is not football/soccer, it does not have a dedicated enough following to pay £30/month to watch it, understandable as it's only on twice a month, unlike dozens of football games every week for 40 weeks.
