Having read around a little bit, it seems Ferrari have some means of adjusting their torque setting as McLaren do. It's legal, so I don't care. :hehe:

There was a really good article in F1 Racing about the evolution of the drivers' cockpits. It shows pictures of cockpits from the 50's up until now.

I wonder how the great drivers of yesteryear would go today & vica versa.

While it probably took a slightly different mentality to sit on top of a bullet with wheels with nothing more than gravity to keep it on the ground I doubt the talent, ability and drive to get the machine around the track and to race against others would be that much different. As with all sports, competitors have to be more disciplined when it comes to things like training, diet and mental preparation than they used to but if drivers from yesteryear were around today they'd be going through that, or vice versa.
To use my phone in the car I deleted all my German contacts, it's now Hans free.
