Obviously. He knew he didn't have to do anything except drive around the track,
once the tires were chosen for him, the rest was pre-ordained.

At one point, I believe it was Brundle, stated "Hamilton has clocked out at the front".
Thus if this was a boring race, that was a boring drive.
