Best 10 yr option for the global populace based on the real data and incentivised by the government?

Biofuels/petrol mix and hope someone invents a mass biofuel solution that doesn't mean we go hungry?

It was a shame that all Biofuel/electric threads were locked to stop repetitive and monotonous posts on the subject.

Fortunately that wont prevent others posting their version of the facts surrounding reduced emissions government policies/subsidies etc as they can do it here
