I remember rubens asked in the podium press comference why he moved over, and he replied that the team asked him to do it. He looked quite sad about it, like he didn't understand why. Jos the boss was quoted later saying HE would have ignored orders.

I remember Salo moving over for Irvine and irvine said he was getting the trophy. I mean, he implied he was going to give the trophy to Salo.

I remember when Williams enforced team orders on Damon Hill at France in 1993 when he could easily have passed Prost and taken the win himself. Prost sometimes got lucky with some of his wins, especially at Silverstone and Hockenheim that year, but it was funny when the roles reversed at Monza.
