Do I think it is right, nope they should not of taken the photos. However if someone said, take some pics of her for 100k... then probably yes I would of taken them.

I also feel let down by google and other search engines, it took me ages to find copies of the photos yesterday.

Weren't they on private property? I think that entitles them to privacy. The need to generate profit through publicity has gone too far, been given too much power over an individual's right to privacy.
We have fantastic global communications now, but it's been corrupted - inevitably, governments and law-makers really need to catch up. It'd help if the population saw the bigger picture and took a stand, not simply buying into it. I suppose it demonstrates democracy's flaw, tyranny of the majority, as long as people continue to buy this stuff, it'll succeed, unless they can be convinced otherwise.
