I'm not sure if you guys understood my (well, the BBC announcers') point. They said that while the Renault engines are off-throttle, they burn 10% more fuel to keep the exhaust flow high, which then keeps downforce high as well.

Maybe I'll make a YouTube video of it in case I'm mis-interpreting something.
