Hah, i have £30 until April, hopefully in the summer (get 4 months off uni, natch) i can earn enough to get preferably a PS3. I want this game more than GT5, F1 2010 or anything like that...

The Gynkhana courses are going to be pretty interesting.

Hopefully this game is way better than dirt 2. There were so few rally tracks Dirt had either 37 or 38 (i counted them one day) rally stages and dirt 2 only had 15!! The rest were all trailblazer, rallycross, or RAID circuits that were too wide open to really be challenging in a rally car. Hell, even the dedicated rally tracks in dirt 2 weren't as technical as dirt. I want the australian stages from dirt where your car could barely fit on the road to be in dirt 3 >:D

I thought Dirt 2 was far better. Much more focused package. Although I do agree with ya on the tracks, Dirt 1 had way more tracks.

I also liked the menu dude who told you how good or bad you were after each rally lol

Ya the package was a lot better. To me it's all about the tracks though cuz that's what I spend most of my time on >:D If they can merge the feel of dirt 2 with the tracks of dirt, then dirt 3 will kick some @$$

Woooooooooooooooooooot I just picked the game up today and put in about 2 hours of play time. I love the Finland tracks!!! Mainly I love the fact that they added 5 - 10 rally stages for each location way better than dirt 2 so far. I can already picture myself wasting hours and hours trying to get top 25 time spots on each stage cuz the stages are a definitely step up from dirt 2, but still not quite on the level of the first dirt. I'd really like to see a DLC that has all those tracks backwards cuz that would double the content for $10

I expect to play this eventually, but life's had me down during the past half year so I haven't done much gaming and really need to get through the stuff I got for Christmas first. This game's high priority on my list of games to pick up as soon as I'm done with what I want to play from my backlog. I hear the music sucks, but otherwise it looks great.

I think the music is LOADS better than dirt 2. They brought it back to more techno/electronic music like dirt 1. I hated all the alternative and skater music from dirt 2. I wish they had the soundtrack from dirt 1 for purchase, but I've just had to deal with saving a list of the songs on youtube; however, I did happen to find some of those tracks on torrents which are now on my ipod I listen to them every couple of weeks

I just got the monte carlo track pack which is AWESOME!! The tracks look just like the ones in real life. Super icy roads with snow built up all around, racing on narrow roads squeezed between a cliff drop off and a sheer vertical mountain wall, night time racing...it's SICK!

I also got the other car pack with the bmw m3, scion tc, chevy camaro, ford escort mk2, and two other cars, can't remember which ones though. Those are fun as well
