I use MS Paint to alter the image and either upload as an attachment or use Imageshack. It works every time.

Vlad, I don't think it is a problem with the forum. If you look at the properties of the image and copy the URL into a new window it still doesn't work. It says the page cannot be found.

Nin-Chin, save the image to your PC and either upload as an attachment or upload using Imageshack and the Img tags. After that you can delete it from your PC.
