Button damaged his own car. That is what that driving style does.. :hehe:

Anyhoo.. Only the foot part of the end-plate was damaged - not that significant. Rosberg lost a much bigger chunk of his end-plate and he was fine. Button just couldn't excape from the Red Bull; notice he said nothing much of the wing after the race.

It's funny because you're clearly an idiot :hehe:

I can't believe you expect people to take you seriously

By the way...it looks like Jenson has ruled himself out of the WDC this year:

Button: Vettel title hopes in flames
Jenson Button has all but written off Sebastian Vettel's chances of winning this year's world championship.

Vettel finds himself 31 points behind pacesetter Lewis Hamilton in the drivers' standings after failing to pick up any points during an error-prone performance in this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix.

McLaren team boss Martin Whitmarsh dubbed him the "crash kid" after he put Jenson Button out of the race.

It's not the first time that the German crashed into a title contender as he also collided with team-mate Mark Webber when they were battling for the lead in Turkey.

"He's made too many mistakes this year to fight for the world championship but he is extremely quick, we can't take that away from him," Button is quoted by Reuters.

"To get seven poles is extraordinary in the amount of races we've had (13), but to throw that many away is also very surprising."

So Vettel has made too many mistakes...though he's still in front of Jenson in the standings! Logic states Jenson is ready to push Lewis' title bid this year then. :)

Button's banking on Vettel sharing the love and taking out each of his (Button's) rivals in the remaining races. :hehe:

Jenson looked like the perfect n0.2 until Vettel took him out. It was nice to see. :hehe:

He was playing his part well, backing up the pack for your team mate is always good.

I am not sure he was doing that on purpose.

Lol, i was actually taking the piss out of Button. Yet again even with out the crash he was showing off his second driver skills, lol.

Jenson is going no where unless he can qualify better than he does. It's actually getting pathetic watching him try to qualify.

Unless Lewis does not finish in the races left, Jenson will not catch him at all.

I am glad that the Button fans won't be able to use any excuses for Button. He would of been beat fare and square by a better driver.

They is no shame in being beaten by the best driver in F1 at the moment, ask Alonso lol.

Perhaps, but then I don't make absurd insinuations which substitute opinion for fact and I have numerous qualifications which would suggest that is not the case. :wavey:

That response is inept on so many levels I don't even no where to begin. You slay me man, seriously. We need to get you onstage. The world needs laughter.

I don't really see that it's my problem. More sort of his look out. As long as he keeps making places up in the race I honestly don't care.

Yep, they're both ace. It's like if Senna and Prost had gotten on with one another.

Personally I think its horses for courses between JB and LH. Each can (and has) beat(en) the other on occasion. Both are very fast drivers and given how incredibly critical every aspect of setting-up a 2010 F1 car is, there is always a slight element of "luck" in play between them.

McLaren is undoubtedly a "team" effort and it was a stroke of genius on Martin Whitmarsh's part to employ two of the best drivers around to drive IN (not necessarily AS) a team.

Overall I backed Lewis to come closest to winning WDC this year.
Lewis seems to be a demon at "driving around" issues with this year's less than brilliant car, and this gives him the edge sometimes, but its very, very close.

Whitmarsh? Think Ron will get the Hamilton credit, and by the time McLaren finally ditched Hekki (which wasn't exactly a mindbending call) I think Jenson was the only credible driver still available?

Hamilton seems faster than Jenson, although I think I doubt Mclaren's pre season claims they can produce a car to suit both drivers.

The car is suiting both of them fine! They have similar setups. Remember Germany? Hamilton just went straight off of Button's base setups and he performed wonderfully in the race.
The only differences in setup are things that need fine adjustments like the brakes, the balance between the wings (tiny incremental stuff) and other tiny things.

Now, on Button's qualifying... I mean I don't want him to beat Hamilton, and I am not really in this thing for Mclaren though I have supported them for many years, but we need the WCC points! Jenson's non-aggressive driving style in qualifying is indirectly causing him to get mixed in with the pack at the race starts! Look at Belgium! He needs to get his butt up there away from the ensuing chaos during the race starts. Lets look on his grid history: he has never qualified in the top three, and he has never lead Hamilton after the 1st lap. In fact he has not finished in front of Hamilton since China!!! :yikes:

Get that expired number 1 off that man's jump suit! 8-) Time to fully back Hamilton! :)

Can I take that as evidence you only started watching this season? Heh, its ok I know you only made a error and meant for this season.

Also, I wasn't referring to setup data, I meant the more fundamental car characteristics - its clear as crystal how much that affects all drivers (of course some more than others, but it's still substantial).

Kimi Raikkonen! I think the choice had a lot to do with money and PR though.
