wohoooo team GB

So now we have Team GB. McLaren = British team and 2 British drivers.

Team Deutschland. Mercedes is Deutsch and its 2 likely drivers will be German. Rosberg and Heidfeld?

And lastly Team Latino. Ferrari is Italian which is Latin and its drivers Alonso (Spain) and Massa (Brazil) all Latins.

So in 2010 we will have the all GB vs the all Deutsch vs the all Latin rivalry.

Viva Latina and if Ferrari cant win it will be of course Deutschland über alles because usually everything German is great.

NEIN!

Why I couldn't avoid to think in the word "Axis" ?

Dont take it the wrong way. Just because I like Italian, German, Croatian and even Japanese stuff it doesn't make me an Axis Biatch. This is 2009 remember. And I also like Spain, they were neutral back then anyway.

... But nevertheless, ruled by a brutal fascist dictator :nono:

Gee Ross Brawn and Nicky Fry are having a bitch about Button leaving. Even going to make sure he wont touch anything McLaren related until December 31. I wonder if its all for looks or sincere... its funny how Button had an offer of 8 mil plus 4 mil bonus for points once he visited McLaren Technology Centre. Where was that offer weeks before?

Should've stayed at BGP

Doesn't exist.
No it is not. NEIN. Formula 1 is all about Ferrari. Ferrari has the most success and all the political power. Just look at how powerful FOTA was (Oh hang on, that is just a farse, I should say Ferrari contolling everyone) to tell the FIA under Mosley who really makes the rules. And now look who the new FIA president is. I wonder wo had an input in that election. Ferrari - Todt....... Ferrari is all that matters in F1. Ferrari is Italian. The greatest driver to ever driver in F1 is Michael Schumacher. He is German. Like Schumacher, all things German are generally good. Even so called British supercars are useless without Germans. The McLaren F1 road car is powered by a GERMAN BMW engine and McLaren race cars have been powered by GERMAN Mercedes engines for over a decade now. In the mid 80s they were powered by sacred GERMAN Porsche. In reality Italy and Germany are the winning countries in F1. Britain is just a farse. Take away Italian Ferrari and all the Germans and no one will care about F1 anymore. Might as well then call it Formula Britain.

Yes, it is. Most WDCs, most champions, most WCCs. The statistics back it up.

Do you go out often?
Or have much of a life?
Sense of humor?

What is Button thinking? Is he into abuse Because that's what Lewis is going to do to him next year. Look, we all know what's going to happn next year. McLaren is light years ahead of anyone else at this point. Lewis is going strap down his championship by the mid-point in the season and Buton is going to look silly. As others have intimated here, he's prone to a bit of whining--well, it really is going to be interesting listening in. Did he not know about the Mercedes takeover? Did he not associate his championship at all with Ross and his umbilical cord? If he thinks he can compete with Lewis he's going in for a rude awakening. Jenson Button--the new Rubens.

For McLaren this is wonderful. The constructor's championship should be there's just as easily as the championship for McLaren.

For Mercedes/Brawn methinks I smell a Vettel much sooner than a five year contract would otherwise imply.

I do think your being optimistic about mcalren, if they do wrap up the season midseason next year I shall plot revenge at ferrari for what would be an incredible failure by them.

Anyway - this should be good for mclaren in the constructors, I don't mind them having a lot of coverage but only if it is meaninful, if there is interesting stuff to cover (like brawn and jenson getting so much coverage this year), but I'm just against - Look their British!

I don't think they should be british to the detriment of other things (ie choosing one egnie other the other because it was british) whilst sponsorship would have influenced the decision, I'm sure mclaren thought it would be a good driver pairing considering they currently have heki and were unable to get kimi

Brawn GP didn't have the funds to give Jenson until the 75% buy-in of Mercedes, and by then it was too late.
