I won't say Button does not deserve the title, every winner deserves it. But I don't like it because he's been BAD the secound half of the season. When Abu Dhabi is over, I'd like to see the scores from somewhere in the middle of the season, let's say Germany for instance. The changes are going to be massive. I expect Hamilton to "win" the secound half with Kimi and Rubens?? somewhere near him.

The person with the most points wins the championship, simple. If you were to take 2006 or 2007 (can't remember which) JB scored more points than anyone else during the second half of the season!!!!but does anyone remember that???? No, because he was not world champion. Nuf said.

One could also mention that if Hamilton had done what his team TOLD HIM TO DO which was to chillout, as he did not have to win the Chinese GP to win the WDC in '07, he would have won right???????????

How a driver chooses to win a WDC that is within his grasp should be respected not criticized. As mentioned it is nothing but more sour grapes !

If Jens wins one of the two remaining races then that should quieten his critics and I hope he does, however if he doesn't, but scores enough points to clinch the championship then that fine by me!!!!!!!!

I do understand why the "neutrals" are a little peeved at Jensons tactics (just do as much as is needed) but at the end of the day winning the championship is a huge deal and by no means an easy task.

Win one of the next two races? Button has had long enough. Nobody really deserves to be World Drivers' Champion this season, to be honest. They should just suspend the normal drivers' title and give a special 2009 edition title called the World's Mug Championship.
