so, has no one thought, three new teams, oh i ought to include them

heres my lineup:

Ferrari - Massa and Schumacher (Kimi with WRC)
Mclaren - Lewis and Rosberg
Red Bull - Webber and Vettel
Toro Rosso - Algy and Buemi
Williams - Hulkenberg and Kubica
Toyota - Glock and Trulli
Renault - Alonso and Grosjean
Brawn - Jens and Senna :)
Force India - Sutil and Fisi
Sauber (if a buyer is found) - Heidfeld and some crap pay driver. (or Piquet)(or Max Chilton, Toms little bruv)

Campos - De La Rosa and Adrian Vallés
Manor - Jules Bianchi (dominating F3 euroseries) and Pastor Maldonando
USF1 - Villeneuve and Rahal.

Or more likely, Campos, Manor and probably USF1 would go for crap pay drivers.
:hehe:

I dont think they'd go for maldonado, he's a bit inconsistant and makes silly errors in gp2. Isn't Vitaly Petrov an option for Campo's?

All this talk about Kubica going to Renault. If I were him, I'd be eyeing up that second seat at Brawn GP.

He can eye it up all he likes, doesn't mean it's available to him (For various reasons)

Personally, I'm all for it. Kubica is my second favourite driver.

Who is your 13th favourite driver?

Interesting speculations folks.

I would say:

Red Bull - Webber and Vettel - No questions of that
Brawn - Button and Barrichello/ Heidfeld? - Button no doubt, I still think Rubens will be there unless he retires, but who knows, maybe Heidfeld snatches the seat, but I doubt he will
Ferrari - Raikkonen and Massa - I don`t see why either of them would be sacked. I`m sure Felipe will be back by winter testing and Kimi? Well I think he will be in WRC, but in 2011...
McLaren - Hamilton and Kovalainen/Rosberg - Hamilton might spend all of his career there, he is just born to be there. Kovalainen? Depends on his performance, if he can`t do well, Nico might get a seat
Toyota - Trulli and Glock - Can`t see why something would change here
Williams - Rosberg/Kovalainen and Hulkenberger - I`m sure Kazuki will be gone. And the Hulkenberger will step in. The question is will Rosberg leave the team? I can see Rosberg and Kovy doing like Kovy switched with Alonso for 2008 season...
Renault - Alonso and Grosjean - I doubt Luca will open the doors for Fernando at the end of this year, so Fernando most likely will stick with the good old Flavio. And I can`t see Grosjean being kicked off just after 7 races as we saw Flavio waited 26 to say Adios Nelsinho!
Team Sauber or whatever if it does survive, but most likely it`s gone, anyway - Kubica and Heidfeld - If a miracle happens (I doubt that) I`m sure these 2 will stick like Rubinho and Button
Toro Rosso - Buemi and Alguersuari - I doubt Buemi will get dropped or go somewhere, so he stays. If Alguersuari does well, he can stay aswell...
Force India - Sutil and Fisichella/Liuzzi - Sutil will stay I think, but his career more and more seems like Pierluigi Martini`s - Driving for long years, but all the time at the back. Fisi might say goodbye, but let`s see

Campos - De La Rosa and Pantano? - I say Pedro could get a seat as a new team needs someone with expierence. The other guy just a wild guess, no clue actually
USF1 - Anderson and Windsor perhaps? No clue actually maybe Villeneuve or Wurz - as they need someone with expierence, but no clue aswell
Manor - Mosley and the good old expierenced Ecclestone? Once again no clue...

New Team filling Sauber blank? Who knows...

So we have Kubica, Heidfeld pretty much under big question mark
Will Rubinho and Fisi keep racing? That`s one more question to be andswered as time goes on
Will we have 1 more new team filling Sauber blank?
Will drivers like Villeneuve, De La Rosa, Wurz and Liuzzi make a comeback in one of the new teams as they need someone with expierence...

In the next few months things will slowly get more clear, so let`s see what happens and sorry for the long post. It`s just hard to keep yourself short on a topic like this where there are so many options available so it`s really wild guess here. You just type what you think and post your reasons why you do so and not differently so it get`s long, even my apology for being logn is kinda long itself, so I will shut up...

Have a nice upcoming week my folks...

I hardly think it's fair to belittle Wurz and Liuzzi's recent exploits by implying their experience is as worthless as Villeneuve's, even if they are just testers :hehe:

I'm pretty damn sure Liuzzi has an F1 drive for next season, judging by what i have seen in interviews. Can't tell where though... :scratchchin:

Nah Nico would be mad to go to McLaren and be an under-cover number two. At best, it would be another 2007 situation except this time, Lewis would be even more 'in there'. I don't know where Nico can go, he should have quite Williams sooner tbh
#141874
What choices has he got:-

Ferrari - nope
Mclaren - nope
Brawn - I do not think they have the money to be anywhere next year
Williams - I think there championship days are over
Toyota - Maybe, and I am sure they know just how good he is, but would Nico want to go
Redbull - Nope, unless webber gets upset by Vettle
Torro Rosso, Force India, and new teams would be bad
Maybe whatever that is left of BMW could work out and do a Brawn

He's got nowhere really. He's still young I guess but that kid should be winning races by now. I honestly believe he's wdc material and he's been stuck in the midfield since 2006 while Hamilton, Vettel, Kovalainen and Kubica have all come along and got wins
#141889
I think Kovy was in the right place at the right time, when the Alonso/Lewis thing happened. Otherwise Renault would of sent him the way of Piquet by now and I am sure he would of been classed as damaged goods by other teams
