Red Bull > Mclaren, Ferrari & Co. There

Now what are we talking about, drivers? Yeah well this could be Webber's last chance at a real attempt of finishing in the top 8 of the drivers standings and may actually be his final season at RBR if one of the guys at Scuderia Toro Rosso (Buemi or maybe Bourdais) perform beyond expectations (Horner has got something against Mark and he's made a few snide remarks at him during conferences) or Webber just has enough of Newey's poo cars. But it's gonna be an interesting tussle between the two, the younger pretender versus experience.

With SV as his team mate, MW will look exactly as what he is: a washed up eternal talent. And we'll see him whining about everything, the car, the other drivers, the team, life in general - all in a futile attempt to explain away his poor performance compared to SV

Youre dreaming :thefinger: but if thats the case maybe Mark can ask Vettel what its like to be owned by your team mate........ thanks Di Resta

And while he is at it Webber can ask Vettel what its like to win and dominate a race aswell.:D

:bs:

Di Resta is seriously a hot property. Mclaren and Mercedes surely have to get him into serious testing next year if there is no race seat.
And well he's Scottish so i'll be backing him :D

But your right bout him owning Vettel Bud

You know he is managed by Anthony Hamilton, hopefully he can get him a race seat in 2010 either at Force India or at McLaren if Heikki fails to deliver the goods.

haha I knew he was managed by Ant, I read that a little while ago.

But national pride... national pride... heeheh.

Webber can also ask Vettel what it feels like to be overrated. Sadly, Mark has only experienced the opposite. :hehe:

Once again an explanation is in order so here ya go and this is just my outlook which we all know is rather crazy :hehe: .

bud I replied to your reply with the :bs: because your  implied my statement had no valor. The issue I saw was that why is di Resta being brought into the mix when he is not even a F1 driver so I saw no reason to even mention him that is all. If he is such a hot property and 'dominated' Vettel in the '06 F3 series why is he not in F1 and Vettel is and has already won a race??

Other than that I like Webber and have mentioned that before yet I see greater things ahead for Vettel.

Webber can also ask Vettel what it feels like to be overrated. Sadly, Mark has only experienced the opposite. :hehe:

Considering the gap in their F1 experience, 4yrs, and with a dominating win under his belt in 2yrs I would not say Vettel is overrated, that would be a ludicrous implication.

Vettel overrated?? Surely not! We've only seen part of his potential so far and in a car that is not a Championship winner.

We've seen a bit Webber's, too. Unfortunately, Vettel ruined it before it had chance to come to fruition. :/

I think the pair will be closely matched next year. Vettel will probably have the raw speed advantage, but Webber might claw back lost ground with experience. That said, Vettel handles himself like a guy who's been driving for a long time in F1.

Webber is possibly over rated. He hasnt ever produced the goodies.

He hasn't ever really had the opportunity. Fuji 2007 was about all the chance he got.

Actually he has because he has shown great practice speed and then it is usually down hill from there. I wish Webber all the best and I guess we all will see what happens very soon.

I'll make the first prediction that Vettel will out qualify Webber in Australia!:wink:

its clear as day to what he meant :banghead::wink:

but dont worry even if you predict that Vettel will outqualify Webber, Webber will finish ahead of Vettel at his home GP :thefinger:
