Have no idea why this Ferrari vs. the rest of F1 argument has turned into a Britain vs. Italy/New Zealand/Australia one.

racechick might be able to enlighten you on that one.

There's a lot of denial in some Ferrari fans with which they automatically defend every action of the team.

Is that anything similar to the McLaren fan view that McLaren did nothing wrong and it was all Ferrari's fault Spy scandle case.
You can enlighten me on this one.

We as Englishmen have a bad habit of destroying our competitive sports.

We need to realize that other countries are working hard to beat us and therefore we should expect a tough fight.

We always see ourselves as the best in the world and we heap praises on our teams only to have them embarrass us in all major events.

I'm talking all sports, rugby, football, tennis, formula1 -you name it!

I'm tired of this and im urging my fellow countrymen to keep shtum until our teams deliver!

Hey friend I am a Ferrari Tifosa. I only wrote what I wrote as I felt it may be true. The reality is I don't really care. If Ferrari wins then I am happy. If I were the boss at Ferrari I would implement this theory if I could as well. (If it were the only way to win when a win were needed, ie 60th anniversary.) I thought it up as I guess in a way I think alike (to whoever decided to do this if even real), Bottom line is, Ferrari are current champs and I am happy and I don't really care about the rest as it is all history now anyway.

Each to there own AKR, but I disagree with you being happy with the win at ALL cost philosophy.
Whenever you make statements like this could you please add that it’s your personal opinion & not representative of ALL Ferrari supporters.
Tks

:D Ah but Mikey I think AKR has the mind of a true Italian, She is a real tifosi and thinks as Ferrari think

Racechick knows me very well. :) That quote about me, 100 percent correct. Nice guessing Racechick. A++++

Yes racechick that’s a perfect example of race categorizing at its best & I have come to expect nothing less from you. Desperation need desperate measures

So if we go with the same theme you started you’re a perfect example of the typical "whinging pom".

Quote from the Urban Dictionary
1.Whinging Pom
A person of British origin who will consistently complain about any situation that they may face. They are emotionally unable to deal with any sort of adverse condition without commenting negatively about it.

Where else but the UK would you have a website called
The Weekly Gripe
http://www.weeklygripe.co.uk/browse.asp

This being said it all makes perfect scents. McLaren = British = Whinging

Before all you fellow formites of British extraction accuse me of anything – If someone wants to play in the gutter I am happy to oblige. I can assure you I for one would never resort to such things if not provoked.
Just following the bouncing ball with a smile on my face

I find this extremely funny. *LOL*
I guess that is what they say in Australia a lot of times about the English. In Italy and Slovenija, no one say anything however. Still I find it funny. By the way Mike are you Italian or of Italian background?

Hey mate its not only the Brits that whinge - just listen to an Aussie EVERY time England beat Oz @ rugby, - its the referee or Wilkinsons kicking or some such (Oz even tried to get drop goals banned after another defeat by England in the previous world cup final.)
Anyway, maybe whinging is good - it means that you can see something wrong, and, therefore it can be fixed, rather than pretending it doesn't exist. This probably explains why most of the best F1 cars are either British or have a lot of British input - same with the teams. :D:P

Mate why did you stop at Rugby ??? What about soccer, cricket, rugby league, will I keep going? The cupboard's a bit bare isn’t it.

As per the first point the winging is usually because of being under achievers & making excuses for it. The old it’s his fault syndrome.

Sorry but there are no just British cars. Who supplies those big things that sit behind the driver?
Sorry to burst your bubble but the record books don’t lie – Ferrari is the most successful constructors champion & the most winning engine manufacturer.
And just to think all this is done in house in the same factory form day one, and to top it off building one of the most desirable road cars on the side.

IF they make you feel inferior or something that’s your problem.
Comments like this just highlight what the real McLaren lambs problem is.

ferrari brigade sticking up for each other eh, i WAS talking to darwin you know. how rude of you!

Actually my post was not as a tifosi sticking up for each other and you do a pretty good job of sticking up for McLaren so why are you any different than the tifosi? That's what I'm having trouble understanding mate is it seem's you think your support of McLaren is different than our support of Ferrari. Maybe I'm missing something and if so I apologize as I'm alittle slow like that. :(:P

Sorry mate I forgot I was to never reply to a post of your's when you were talking with a specific member, this is a public FORUM right or did I miss something? :? If one want's to carry on a conversation or debate strictly between themselve's and another member use email or pm's if not anyone and everyone's replie's are open for public scrutinization .

Anyway you know me well enough by now that I cant keep my mouth shut  , yes I did see the LOL in your post. Stop making fun of me :) !!!

Again I was making another point, one has to be able to identify problems before they can be solved

This probably explains why most of the best F1 cars are either British or have a lot of British input - same with the teams. :D:P

You might be surprised at how much technology and components come from the UK. And not everything is made in house by Ferrari

Dont be so touchy Mikep99 - I am not having a go @ Aussies (even though they dont even have a team or a car !! :) ) I have freinds and reli's in Aus. I was there last year, been to Perth, Sydney, Melbourne & Cairns -and others Great towns, great people - just 'orroible beer!!!
