This is me, walking away from yet another circular Image argument

:confused::confused::confused:
:spaz: Mea Culpa

Something you might like to add to your repertoire of debating "skills"! :P

Is it not adding to their green credentials by upcycling?

What about their reusing credentials, as it would seem that car has seen more than one owner?

Sagi: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upcycling

Thanks!! :thumbup: We're still on the Three Rs!!
But, after a quick read and I'm liking "upcyling"!!

So... Let's get this straight, we're not allowed, as adults, to admit to not knowing something or to making a mistake,
without you, waiting in the wings, to ridicule, patronize, insult, or further berate anyone who does so?

Like I said, you sure are a welcoming sort of guy!!

So nothin, Mea Culpa means 'my mistake', 'I accept culapability' etc. Sagi used to use the term in every other post she made, and alas she doesnt anymore, so I like to add it for old times sake as i find it funny

doesnt mean others have to not joke

And if sagi didnt enjoy the jokes she would stop correcting my posts or making Mea Culpas whilst typing slowly to 'make it easier' for me

Maybe I just dont get the joke.

Probably because it wasn't meant as a joke, so much as it was a lame attempt at mocking others.
Mind you, some people find that funny! There's no accounting for taste!

My intention was not to derail the discussion on what was presented in such a black and white manner;
but, to recognize the difference between personalities. Nothing wrong with that.
#424597
But you questioned the 'recognition of different personalities' by others, implying they were wrong or hadnt considered other aspects :confused::confused:

Anyways race time now :thumbup:

Yes, it's true, your smiley says it all, you're confused.
All I did was point out that what you see in the media isn't always the whole truth.

what we see in the media is what each driver shows us in the media, and people said they preferred what Lewis showed us in the media, only for you to (apparently) remind everyone that the drivers also have a non media side that we cannot see and are therefore not commenting on??

too funny :thumbup:

So hopefully we wont have to hear anymore about how you feel justified to pass judgement on Lewis' GF based on what you heared in the media, because 'it tells you all you need to know about her'

No that's all great and fine. You don't like Nicole or the route she has taken in her career.

Still fail to see how this qualifies you to say she was no good for Lewis. You have NO idea how they were as a couple or how good they were for each other.

I offered my own opinion based on what I have seen of her in the public domain. I have come to my opinion about them as a couple based
on Hamilton's own comments regarding his own performance on track reflecting his personal life and the comments made by his own fans.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I hope your eyes aren't under too much strain after looking for that comment!! :wink:

You'll notice that I didn't base my opinion on what wasn't said by Hamilton
(as many are doing with Rosberg). Hamilton is the one that referred to
the effect his personal life was having on his performance during races.
Since everyone agrees that Hamilton wears his heart on his sleeve, it's
fairly safe to assume he was referring to her. That being the case, why
getting into a pickle about an opinion that she isn't good enough for him?
If she was causing him enough grief that he felt the impact when racing,
instead of supporting him, how is she a good influence?

On the other hand, Rosberg is having a strip torn off him because he isn't
saying how he feels.
