Interesting tidbit of information.

Barack Obama becomes only the fourth president going back a century that's been re-elected for a second term while getting over 50% of the popular vote both times. The others? Franklin D. Roosevelt, Dwight D Eisenhower and Ronald Regan.

Another interesting statistic:

Romney won 100% of the Confederate States of America - they happen to largely overlap with the worst educated states and the most obese states.

With the exception of Virginia.

Not surprising really.

Take Arkansas for example... West Memphis Three... says it all

Now what do all those worst educated states have in common?

Has anyone read about the idiot Trump getting upset over this? The guy is a total moron (I know, it's a terrible insult to morons).

Donald Trump launches Twitter tirade over Barack Obama's victory

:screwy:

I wouldn't mind being a total moron if I could earn all that cash, fortunate timing or not. Plus, he probably wants Romney to win and screw America even further so that even he could have a shot at Presidency in 4 years... :hehe:

Sometimes a US presidential election means much more than simply electing a president. This woman is a newly elected Senator for the state of Massachusetts. She's been a tireless defender of the public interest against big banks and in her career has already brought major credit card reforms.

This gives me a warm fuzzy, if only all elected officials worked this way.
