Great drive from Vettel but what a battle between Hamilton and Weber, clean and respectful racing. I was wishing Button and Alonso could join the party but ah well can't have everything.

This race kinda sums up the season, Vettel out in front while the rest squabble for second.

Happy Lewis got a podium just a shame it wasn't P1 for McLarens 700th!
Fastest lap doesn't mean much, McLaren just didn't have the race pace of RedBull.

Who set fastest? According to the timing app, it looked like Vettel set fastest lap.

I'm pretty sure Brundle said Lewis set it on the penultimate lap, Vettel didn't do it on the last lap if so I missed it?

I thought they said Vettel got it, but I could be wrong.

Vettel took fastest with a 1.39.6 on the last lap compared with Hams 1.40.4 on penultimate.

Well, back on the podium again after 5 races. That's a positive.

I enjoyed the battle between Lewis and Mark, that was what I call old time racing. Credit to both guys, they did fantastic. Felipe Baby please take note. Oh wait you couldn't see it from half a lap back.

Also credit to Ferrari by the way. They actually 'raced'.... well done.

Alonsos "I GIVE UP I GIVE UP" and getting ever closer to Button just got me laughing, at one point I was actually hoping he'd get to do some wheel to wheel racing with Button but it didn't happen.

Awesome drives and racing from Lewis and Mark. Great stuff. DJ Squire got a solid 7th, and Kovalainen did great too. Vettel drove great, but I lose interest as soon as he drives off into the sunset. The interesting stuff was behind him!

Great drives from Hamilton, Webber, Alguersuari and Kovalainen. I was rather disappointed to see Schumacher go out, I thought he'd have potential for a decent points haul. But I really wish they would either do something with this circuit or just get rid, it's terrible.

I get what you mean, it seems artificial. But before they get rid of this circuit, there are others WAY ahead of this one to get chopped off. Valencia, Abu Dhabi, even Bahrain comes to mind. This circuit's got one distinctive feature I like, the very quick right, left swoop just before the finish line, its quite a rush!

the middle sector seems pretty cool too, although maybe not the best for overtakes.

I'm waiting to see what the stewards say about the petrov/schumacher incident and the fuss about crossing the solid white lines out of the pits.
