I'll blatantly steal this part of DD's answer which I didn't research. 1983 San Marino GP, Tambay leading home Prost and Arnoux (all French).

And I'll add, Malaysia 2011, Vettel and Heidfeld, (German) which I think was more recently than Lewis and Button last year. :D

Thief!

Poor excuse for a German!

Huh?

I forget exactly, but at least somewhere in the neighborhood.

The thread must have gone to my head... never mind. Let's just wait for my answer to be declared right and I'm not coming up with a questions tonight, and tomorrow morning I'll be watching the race, so this thread is going on a little hiatus.

Seems every time I come here one of you two have answered the question and had time to poke a bit of fun as well.

For what it's worth, I think WB's right :-)

Thank goodness for on-line translators, aren't all communications over the radio and forum supposed to be in English
also
a bit harsh

Much to my shame, son of Italian parents and all, I don't really speak it. Can follow family conversations with great effort, but have to be in our dialect, which is a genuine hotch-potch.

So..... stick to bl00dy English you two, either that or :getaroom:
