I wonder what kind on engine that Ferrari will have? Certainly a large displacement high cylinder count motor. :hehe:

Unusual piece of artwork here about Alonso. I like it.

Each to his own. I think it's good.

I like it! Not where I would have gone with a tribute piece but that's the point of art, to find other ways of showing us the world. :)

Poor Alonso, seems like his luck with getting a winning car

His supporters probably expect a portrait to rival a Da Vinci instead they get a second year arts student from the local poly

You know, Ferrari do need to pull a rabbit out the hat (not literally of course) and do something if they are going to keep Fernando. I mean, Alonso has denied expressing moving teams and that but you know, they could be lying. I won't lie, I would love to see Fernando win another championship but until Ferrari can get their stuff sorted clearly, Fernando ain't going to win another championship should he stay put at Ferrari til he hangs his helmet

Alonso went to Ferrari on the promise of an MS style era - best driver in best team with best staff and resources

This has not been delivered and now its the end of a dream. Both parties really need to bite the bullet and start over again. They had their 5 year span, and now another such span is required to do it again. Alonso needs to be brave and to walk, Ferrari need to be brave and let him walk

Then the team can start again with another star - maybe Vettel, Bottas, Ricciardo and Alonso can go to a smaller team and drag them up the grid or buy into a new team etc

His time has come because there is no seat at Merc and it will be 5 years before McLaren Honda are in a position to take over and Red Bull will not take him even if they could challenge as they didnt before and now have Ricc and Kyvat and JEV

Poor dude. I never felt he deserved his WDCs in 2005 and 2006, those I felt respectively belonged to Kimi and MS but he sure 'earned' a couple of WDCs in Ferrari. Just not translated into black and white.

But yeah he's getting old...and he's still the 2nd most successful driver on the grid. I can find 5.5 billion people on the planet to cry for instead.

Alonso to make the step up to Williams?

Seems odd that he'd be just visiting a day before all the media work starts at Germany.
